The macro and the micro. ☺️ Earlier in the ye The macro and the micro. ☺️

Earlier in the year, Aaron & I visited Death Valley. We spent a week there intricately exploring other-worldly landscapes, while quietly settling deeper and deeper into the power of a place. Death Valley is not a subtle presence—the nature of its spirit is enormous & awe-inspiring. We were sucked in from moment one.

At one point we explored a place called The Devil’s Golf Course. It’s a jagged, razor sharp field of crystallized salt forming perfectly round holes, and intricate but murderous little sculptures of minerals.

I set my DSLR camera down when Aaron called me to look at something. It had a macro lens on it—I was trying to get close-ups of the crystals—and I was using a self-timer to prevent the blur of hand movement.

It actually captured to both of us, doing what we do together, losing ourselves in the fascination of the moment.

These might be two of my favorite images of us. After 22 years together, our connection grows deeper & deeper through our connection to nature, exploration, and the big & small moments of everyday life.

This holiday weekend I’m craving the need to go deep, slow down, and enter the macro—the small moments—where life weaves a tapestry of purpose and meaning…where my spirit feels clear, and my focus becomes sharper.

What are you intending for yourself? ✨🌟✨ (Please tell me below!)
When is the last time you tried to force yourself When is the last time you tried to force yourself to be something that you believed you needed to be—to fit in?

I can think of no greater harm to a Highly Sensitive Person. Your nervous system is on high alert for a very good reason—to guide you toward an authentic, true expression of the life you were meant to live.

Reply “Yes” if you’ve ever felt tired from hiding your greatest gifts. 🙏

I’m so excited to be rolling out a whole new spa I’m so excited to be rolling out a whole new sparkly moody vibe for Coaching To Come Alive, courtesy of the amazing & talented Courtney of @sloan.studio !!

She really nailed my complex brew of energies, bringing me so deep into every detail—the meanings of colors, the hidden messages in every squiggle, the emotions of shapes and symbols! (Such magic! ☺️🙏🤩)

I am SO energized by the fresh new life she’s brought to my business, and it’s a gift that will be giving for years to come.

I cannot wait to see it all come to life on my newly designed website. As a digital entrepreneur my website has always felt like my “office”. I can’t wait to feel the energy of everything coming together— new brand design, new brand copy, new site.

Yay!! 🥳
The term Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) is used to The term Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) is used to describe a minority of the population (~20%) that has an increased or deeper central nervous system sensitivity to physical, emotional, or social stimuli. Some refer to this as having sensory processing sensitivity, or SPS for short.

It is considered neurodivergent but it is not considered a disorder. The reason being, evolutionarily speaking, the traits of HSP SPS may actually benefit an individual, depending upon your circumstance and your resilience training.

We are so quick to assume that “sensitive” and “suffering” are synonymous, but in fact it can be a super power.

Just a few examples of how High Sensitivity benefits us, (especially so WHEN we’ve built resilience and self-trust):

- Higher emotional intelligence
- Hightened intuition
- The ability to make and form connections (including non-human connections)
- We can ‘read a room’ like no other
- Deeper empathy
- The ability to predict future scenarios
- Big picture processing
- We’re walking lie-detectors (it’s very hard for somebody to b.s. us)
- We can read people’s energy & intent immediately

Are you an HSP? Which of these gifts have you developed? Let me know in the comments ☺️!

Let your inner Drama Queen guide you! 👑 I’m Let your inner Drama Queen guide you! 👑

I’m so serious!

Yes, running a business for anybody is hard work that feels at times to be never-ending. But as a Highly Sensitive Person running a business you are more likely to feel energetically over-burdened by all the mundane tasks required to keep the lights on, and your ENERGY is why people hire you!

The greatest lesson I’ve learned after twelve years of owning my own transformational alchemy practice is to not silence my inner Drama Queen, but to follow her wise guidance.

Rather than continue to shut her up by extolling the virtues of HARD WORK (yes, there’s hard work involved) I learned to tell her, “You know what, Zsa Zsa? You’re right.” 😆

I learned to find all the absolute energy sucks (that, let’s face it, I wasn’t good at anyways) and hired somebody to do that for me. It’s always a work in progress, and delegating for a Highly Sensitive Person is a mountain we must learn to climb…but it’s okay to start small! 🙏

Is there anything you know you could be delegating in your life or business? Leave me a sign 👇 if you’re committed to exploring this next evolution for you!

And please share with a friend who needs to hear this today!
