If you’re connected to our beautiful Mother Earth, Winter Solstice is a ten out of ten on the magic scale.
To me, it sets the stage for the entire year to come.
Earth Medicine asks us to return to our wholeness through the teachings of nature and the seasons.
And though much of nature is in dormancy right now, its spirit is very much alive and active, ready to guide us through the dreamtime and psychic realms. It’s considered the most intuitive time of the year!
That is why my dear friend, Stephanie Himango, and I are hosting a quietly sacred get together on the Winter Solstice, and we’d love for you to join us! (In just a few days: Thursday, December 21st!)
Stephanie is a multiple Emmy award winning writer and producer, and a certified health coach, who also happens to be one of the most humble humans on the planet. She is dear, and you will love her ~ I just know it.
We’ll be meeting by Zoom ~ so you can join us from anywhere ~ at 5pm PT (6pm MT, 7pm CT, 8pm ET). (Our evening will be recorded in case you can’t join us live!)
For approximately 1.5 hours we will be immersing ourselves in the spirit of the solstice…
…through the doorways of introspection, writing, and the Medicine Wheel ~ what it means for us as humans, what its alchemy is for us–its gold–and what gifts it bears for us.
Our mini-retreat will consist of introspective deep listening, and guided inner work, because I know it’s nourishing for Highly Sensitive People to be gifted the time to deeply process, without being asked to break out into participation groups, etc. (My heart rate increased a little just typing that!)
There will be the opportunity for a little sharing through the Zoom chat too, but only if you choose.

This Solstice mini-retreat is our gift to you.
There is no fee.
You will not be pitched anything.
All we ask is that you bring your heart, your soul ~ and a writing journal, a small candle, and maybe some AirPods/headphones to listen to your own introspective music (if you don’t care for the meditative music we will be playing) during two ten-minute writing sessions. (If writing is not your thing, you can use this time as you are called. You can read nature writings, pull divination cards for yourself, draw, meditate…the choice is yours.)
