My name is Kristy Sweetland, MA, CPC, BCC ~ and I am the Award-winning author of Stark Raving Zen: A Memoir of Coming Alive. I teach Highly Sensitive People to build resilience, heal their nervous system, identify and resolve subconscious blocks to growth, as well as amplify self-worth, self-trust, & intuition. In addition to Bachelor's and Master's degrees in psychology, I hold professional certificates in Neurotransformational Coaching, Resilience Psychology, and Shamanic Energy Medicine. I am also a Board Certified Executive Coach. My approach invites a mix of both science and spirit, because I believe we need both to manifest our dreams.
